Yes! All Auriny orders are packaged beautifully and gift-ready by default. If you’d like to include a personalized message card, simply add your message in the order notes at checkout and we’ll take care of the rest.
Standard shipping within the US typically takes 5–8 business days. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout. International orders generally arrive within 10–18 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. For orders below that threshold, a flat shipping fee will be shown at checkout. Free shipping promotions may also be offered during special events — subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed.
We recommend first checking with neighbors or your building’s mailroom, as packages are sometimes left in a safe spot. If you still cannot locate the package after 2 business days, contact us at support@auriny.com and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with original packaging. To initiate a return, email support@auriny.com with your order number. Personalized or engraved items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear on your statement.
Absolutely. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Please email us with your order number and the item you’d like instead, and we’ll guide you through the process. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
