Return Policy
At Auriny, every piece is made to order — crafted specifically for you at the time of purchase. Because of this, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges.
However, we stand fully behind the quality of everything we make.
When Returns Are Accepted
We will gladly accept a return or provide a resolution if your item arrives:
- Damaged or defective
- Incorrect (wrong item or variant sent)
- With printing or quality issues that do not match what was ordered
To be eligible, you must contact us within 60 days of receiving your order.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@auriny.com
- Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
- Attach clear photos of the item showing the problem
- Our team will review your request and respond within 12 hours (Monday–Friday)
Once approved, we will arrange the return and issue either a full refund or a free replacement at no cost to you — your choice.
What Cannot Be Returned
As our products are custom-made, the following are not eligible for return:
- Orders where the wrong size, color, or variant was selected at checkout
- Items damaged due to accidents, misuse, or improper care
- Normal wear and tear
- Fading or deterioration from sun exposure
- Items that have been altered or modified after delivery
We strongly encourage double-checking your order details — size, color, and personalization — before completing your purchase.
