Refund Policy
At Auriny, we create each item specifically for you at the time of your order. Because our products are made to order and tailored to your preferences, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges — except in cases where items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Your satisfaction is our highest priority.
When You’re Eligible for a Refund or Replacement
If your order arrives with any of the following issues, please contact us at support@auriny.com within 60 days of receiving your order:
- Damaged or defective item
- Incorrect item received
- Printing or quality issues
Please include photo evidence of the issue so we can review your case. We aim to respond within 12 hours, Monday through Friday. Once your claim is approved, we will offer either a full refund or a free replacement — whichever you prefer.
What Is Not Covered
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. The following are not eligible for a refund or replacement:
- Damage from accidents or misuse
- Improper care or handling
- Normal wear and tear
- Color or material fading due to sun exposure
- Modifications made after purchase
Refund Process
Approved refunds are issued in full, including the original order cost, transaction fees, and shipping fees. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within the following timeframes:
